0 Degree Declinations of Natal Planets

Out of Bound Planets are those whose declinations are over 23’28 degrees North or South.  The opposite of this is the 0 degree declination planets at this degree are major themes in the natal chart.  Out of bound planets is a description of planets that have moved out of the ecliptic plane, planets at 0 degrees are on the celestial equator.  The celestial equator intercepts the horizon at the points directly east and west anywhere on the Earth.  At the spring and Autumn equinox (start of spring and autumn) the ecliptic Plane of the sun connects with the celestial equator. At the summer and winter solstice the Sun is at it’s furthest distance 23’28 degrees.

If you have a planet at 0 degrees you may have experienced situations described for Out of Bound Planets.  With the 0 declination these events will always have a major effect on who you are, the difference here is usually the resilience of the individual.
